This was such a fun collaborative project between Westlake’s firefighters and myself. Assistant Fire Chief, Jimmy Boyette, reached out needing an updated logo for their Fire Department.

The main element they wanted the design to include was a reference to the infamous I-10 bridge. We did so by showcasing Jean Lafitte’s crossed pistols, a symbol most Louisiana natives can recognize.
